HOSTS Sedgley Tigers edged out a defiant Chinnor in a tight encounter at Park Lane. Chinnor were always second best but threatened to snatch it when they brought the scores to within a try in the closing minutes.
Sedge kicked off and pinpoint fly-half Warren Seals was the first to put points on the board with two penalty kicks, in the eighth and 18th minutes.
